How To Buy

Just drop an email at mvogue.exquisite@gmail.com the items that you want to purchase. Kindly include your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, ADDRESS, ITEM CODE and your DELIVERY PREFERENCE. I will get back to you as soon as I read the message.

Payment

First pay first priority. Payment must be made (via Internet banking or by cash deposit at any counters or ATM) to my Maybank account within 2 days after placing your order. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically. My bank account details will be provided upon confirmation of order. Once the payment has been made, email the transaction detail for verification and remember to keep the copy of the receipt as proof.

Shipping

Items will be sent through either Pos Express or Pos Laju on every Tuesday (except on public holiday). It will take approximately 2 -3 days to reach you. The tracking number of the parcel will be given through email or SMS.

Please please please no backing out / exchanges once orders are confirmed.

All items are quoted before adding postage charges and the rate depend on weight or size of the purchase.

Please be advised that colours of the items may be slightly different due to monitor settings and photography (read : I took all the pictures myself - unless stated otherwise - and I'm not a pro...)

Items sold are NOT exchangeable, refundable or returnable. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery and I will not responsible for any damage or loss during the course of delivery.
